A new website, and 15 quote requests in its first eight weeks.
Granite Dynasty fabricates stone countertops for kitchens and bathrooms across Manitoba, from one shop near Winnipeg and showrooms in Sunnyside, Brandon and Winkler. We rebuilt their website from the ground up. Then we measured what it did.
A real business with a website that didn't say so.
Granite Dynasty had the hard parts already. Their own fabrication shop. Three showrooms. Slabs in stock. A porcelain line no other fabricator in Manitoba carries. None of it was on the website.
The old site was a handful of pages with stock copy that could have belonged to any countertop company in any city. It gave Google nothing to rank and gave ChatGPT nothing to repeat. A homeowner comparing quotes had no reason to pick them over the shop down the road.
Before: a site that could have belonged to anyone.
After: the one AI names for porcelain, with the reason attached.
Four moves, in the order they mattered.
A website build and the SEO that goes with it, done as one job instead of two. Built on WordPress, hosted with us, and handed over as a site the owner can edit.
Wrote down what only they could say
Before any design, we sat with the owner and got the facts. Cambria, HanStone and LX quartz. LX porcelain, carried by no other fabricator in Manitoba. Every slab cut in their own shop. Installation in about five days within 150 km of Winnipeg. Those facts became the spine of every page, because specifics are what a customer remembers and what an AI repeats.
Built a page for every real question
More than 20 pages, one per material and job: quartz, porcelain, granite, marble, quartzite, soapstone, kitchens, bathrooms, backsplashes, fireplace surrounds, edge profiles, care and sealing. Each one answers the question a homeowner actually types, in plain English, in its first two sentences. An editorial design system ran through all of it, so the site looks like the product it sells.
Made three showrooms read as three places
Sunnyside, Brandon and Winkler each got their own address, phone, hours and page, matched character for character to Google and wired into schema. That is why an AI asked about granite in Winkler now sends people to the Winkler showroom by street address, not to a Winnipeg phone number.
Built a quote form that qualifies the lead
Project type, material, rough size, timeline and location, on one short form. The shop gets a quote it can price instead of a "please call me". Then we tracked everything: Google Search Console for search, Searchable for ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity.
Search impressions doubled in month two.
The new site went live on 7 September. In September it earned 4,390 impressions and 111 clicks from Google. October brought 8,808 impressions and 181 clicks, with average position improving from 11.5 to 10.9. Renovation season was winding down through all of it.
Traffic is a means. Quote requests are the point.
The quote form took 23 submissions between launch and 2 November. We read every one and removed the owner's own test, five spam or scam messages, a job application and a duplicate. That leaves 15 real homeowners, contractors and retailers asking for a price, from Winnipeg, Brandon, Winkler and Steinbach, and one from a cabin near Kenora.
September had 5. October had 8. The first two days of November brought 2 more.
51 countertop businesses. Only one named more often.
Share of voice is the slice of all countertop-business mentions in AI answers that belong to one name. Eight weeks after launch, Granite Dynasty holds 11.7%, second only to Western Marble and ahead of companies that have been in Winnipeg for decades.
Overall AI visibility sits at 28%, up 8.7 points on the previous 30 days. Google AI Overviews names them most often (38%), then ChatGPT (28%) and Perplexity (24%).

What the client told Clutch.
"Thanks to Evolution Digital Marketing's efforts, the client saw their revenue double in two months."
That revenue figure is the client's own account, given to Clutch in a verified review. We don't see Granite Dynasty's books, so we don't claim the number ourselves. Everything else on this page we measured.
What this does and does not prove. The honest version.
Measured directly: search impressions, clicks and position from Google Search Console; AI visibility and share of voice from tracked prompts in Searchable; quote requests from the site's own form entries.
Not measured: the old site's numbers. Search Console was connected as part of the rebuild, so there is no clean before figure, and we won't invent one. Phone calls aren't in the lead count either, which means the real number is higher than 15, not lower.
One more caveat. Searchable's tracked questions changed a few times as we refined them, so we report the current 30-day position, not a before-and-after visibility jump.
Where it goes from #2.
Still in progress. Eight weeks is a launch, not a finish.
The broad Winnipeg questions
Ask for "the best countertop fabricator in Winnipeg" and Granite Dynasty isn't named yet. The specific questions are won. The broad ones are next.
The Maps listings
Three showrooms means three Google Business Profiles. Photos, posts, review replies and service areas on each are the next lever for local searches.
Western Marble
Three points of share of voice separate first from second. Quartz is the shop's main line, so the quartz page is where that gap closes.
